KeaCash already handles the new 15% NZ GST rate in effect from 1st October 2010.  As all invoices and payments entered after 1st October should now be done at 15%, you should chage the Tax Rate Percent field on the Options tab under System Setup on the KeaCash menu.

This should be changed from 12.5 to 15 to ensure all your invoices default to the new 15% rate on entry.

Before completing your GST return, you should also download and install the updated Tax Report from the downloads section on this site. This update ensures the tax report is fully compatible with the new GST returns for the 15% rate.
